ALVE is a licensed portfolio manager pursuant to art. 2 para. 1 lit. a FinIA (Financial Institutions Act).

In addition, ALVE is subject to the supervision of the Swiss Supervisory Organization OSFIN., which has been authorized to supervise Portfolio Managers by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA).

Finally, we are a member of the Financial Services Ombudsman Association (OFD), Bleicherweg 10, 8002 Zurich, recognized ombudsman of the federal Finance department according to Art. 84 para. 1 FinSA.
